Embracing 2024 with a focus on strategy and impact

The Christmas break has provided time to refresh, recharge and reflect on the year the that was, the year that is upon us, what gives me joy and what I’m good at.

2023 was a big year on so many fronts and I’ve learned a lot. I’ve learned that I love writing and want this to remain a key part of my professional life.

I’ve come to realise that my strategic leadership is a strength I should employ as a consultant. I’ve lead teams across the not for profit and government landscape, increasing alignment and clarity and driving outcomes including large increases in revenue, and achievement of ambitious outcomes. My foresight enables me to support organisations to look to the future, and track a path to success.

My work of late has included working with agility across teams, adding analytical and research expertise to skilled teams to support communications that matter. I want to continue working with others as a valued resource.

I’ve also loved getting knee deep in data, demographic data to improve service planning, and census and other population data to create workforce projections and develop aligned strategies.

So with this in mind I’ve refreshed my consulting brief. I still want to contribute to policy and research projects, but am keen to also help for purpose organisations to maximise their impact by building organisational capability.

Take a look at my revised areas of impact below, and get in touch if there’s a way I can support you.
