At Early Learning Association of Australia I led a collaboration across three organisations to secure a $1.7 million grant to develop microcredentials to support early childhood educator retention.

I have provided expert advice to a range of organisations preparing grant submissions, ranging from advice on framing to support with research and evaluation.

I have developed evaluation strategies for a range of initiatives, working with peer evaluation experts to develop and conduct fit for purpose evaluations.
