I have currently engaged in a range of research projects aligned to key areas of strength – bringing research and evidence together to inform changes that enable children and young people to thrive.
Key projects include:
- Leading an evaluation commissioned by the Department of Education NSW to different models of workplace learning, leading to protoype development to guide schools, see 2021 report Models of Workplace Engagement (PDF 1296 KB)
- A research project, Pathways or Goat Tracks, examining alternative pathways to higher education which revealed young people need warm knowledge, a person they know and trust, to access these pathways
- Delivering a literature review to inform best practice in coaching and mentoring for early childhood teachers and educators
